Ingredients

5 Tbsp. tapioca
9 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, separated
Preparation

Put tapioca, cornstarch and 5 tablespoons sugar in saucepan and mix.
Add yolks to milk and then to the dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar; set aside.
Cook 8 minutes until boiling; add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into whipped egg whites. Fold in until mixed.
