Steak And Pepper Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. sliced onions
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can beef broth (10 1/2 oz.) or 2 beef bouillon cubes in water (10 1/2 oz.)
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil.
    Stir
    in
    onions, rice, beef, broth, water and soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat;
    cover and cook over low heat until
    almost
    all liquid is absorbed (about 25 minutes).
    Stir in green pepper and heat.
