Ox Yoke Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. coarsely chopped fresh rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. half and half
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Sprinkle flour evenly over bottom of pie shell.
    Pour rhubarb mixture into shell.
    Bake in lower third of oven until set, about 1 hour.
