Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small onion, minced
1 c. fresh or canned crabmeat
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, partially baked
1 c. half and half cream
3 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine; drain.
Mix with crabmeat and place in bottom of partially baked pie shell. Combine cream, eggs, mayonnaise, pepper and nutmeg in bowl; beat until smooth.
Stir in cheese.
Pour this mixture into pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
