Lobster With Tomatoes, Basil And Gnocchi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white wine
1 c. water
1/4 c. sherry
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt (plus more to taste)
2 1/2 lb. lobsters
1 lb. gnocchi
2 medium tomatoes, cored and chopped
1/2 c. freshly torn basil leaves
fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine the wine, water, sherry, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt in a large pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Add the lobsters and steam until they turn light red, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove the lobsters from the pot and set aside to cool.
Strain and reserve the liquid.
Remove the lobster meat from the tails and claws and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Set aside.
