Marango Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 slices bread, soaked in 1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salt (1/2 in meat)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    steamed rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onions, bread, salt and pepper.
    Form into meatballs; brown in butter.
    Drain grease; scrape meat particles loose.
    Place meatballs back in skillet.
