Speedy Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil for deep frying
    7.5 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
    sugar or cinnamon-sugar mixture
Preparation
    In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat about 1 quart oil to 350\u00b0.
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
    Cut holes in center of biscuits.
    Fry biscuits and holes in oil about 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
    Drain.
    If desired, roll doughnuts and holes in sugar or cinnamon-sugar mixture or drizzle with glaze or icing.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 10 doughnuts.
