Kielbasa Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green and/or red peppers
1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet.
Cover.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
