Flapper Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. milk, heated
4 egg yolks
1 c. white sugar
10 level Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
graham wafer crusts
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Heat
4 cups milk.
Beat 4 egg yolks with a little cold milk, sugar,
cornstarch\tand vanilla.
Use enough milk so it will
pour into hot milk.
Cook until thick.
Pour into graham wafer crusts made in 2 pie plates.
