Jello Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. lemon jello
Preparation
    Beat 2 eggs thoroughly.
    Add sugar and pineapple juice.
    Heat until it starts boiling.
    Remove from fire and add lemon jello. Set aside to cool.
    Whip 1 can milk which has been chilled.
    Fold into cooled jello mixture.
    Pour into baked pie shells.
    Makes 2 pies.
