Mike'S Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    26 oz. Ranch style beans
    16 oz. Pace thick and chunky salsa
    1 lb. Chappell Hill garlic smoked sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 pkg. Boil-in-Bag rice
    1/2 pkg. feather shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Peel skin from sausage. Start preparing rice. Slice sausage into 1/4-inch slices. Place in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish and microwave for 5 minutes. Turn after 2 1/2 minutes. Heat beans while fixing rice. When rice is ready, mix all ingredients except cheese and pour in dish. Place dish in oven and broil for 5 minutes. Remove and top with cheese. Return to oven, browning cheese to taste. Remove and serve.
