Ginger Glazed Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork ribs
    water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place ribs in 6-quart Dutch oven. Add water to cover. Cook 45 minutes
    or until tender. Drain and set aside.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger and pepper in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.
    Cook until mixture begins to thicken, about 3 minutes.
    Brush sauce on each side of ribs and broil in oven until golden brown or can brown on grill.
