Tiny Corncakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style no-salt corn
1/4 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. skim milk
2 Tbsp. egg substitute
no-salt picante sauce
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir well.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine corn, milk and egg in a bowl.
Stir well.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
