Ingredients

4 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites at high speed of electric mixer until stiff. Add salt.
Gradually add sugar; fold in vanilla.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut and pecans.
Pour into a well buttered pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or sliced bananas and whipped cream.
