Caroline Marsh'S Six Weeks Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    4 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    When you take out each time for a batch of muffins, don't stir the mixture, just dip a spoonful out each time.
    Last batch is better than the first!
    Spoon batter into muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
    Fill about 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
