Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10-inch cooked cornbread
    4 chopped tomatoes
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped (red for color)
    1/2 to 1 head lettuce
    9 slices cooked bacon or 1 c. bacon bits
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Take cooked, cooled cornbread; crumble into a 9 x 12-inch bowl.
    Layer tomatoes, pepper, onion, lettuce and bacon.
