Dijon Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut very thin, bite sized
    1/4 c. onions, sliced
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown pork in skillet. Add onions and cook until softened. Add other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons water to flour and make a thin paste. Add to pan. Heat until gravy is thickened, stirring constantly. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
