Sweet And Sour Partridge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. chicken broth (bouillon)
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    3 to 4 partridge, filleted and cut into bite size pieces
    1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat partridge with flour mixture. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add partridge pieces and \"stir-fry\" just until pinkness is gone, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in sweet and sour sauce.
    Serve with rice.
