Temptation(Janssons Fristelse) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 fillets of anchovy
    6 potatoes
    3 onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut anchovy fillets into small pieces.
    Peel potatoes and cut into julienne strips.
    Slice onions and saute in small amount of butter.
    Butter a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish and put potatoes, anchovy and onions in layers, ending with potatoes.
    Pour half and half over and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Serves 4.
