Okra Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. okra, cut tops off slightly
    1 large onion
    1 large can stewed tomatoes or Ro-Tel
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large deep frying pan, saute onions in 3 tablespoons cooking oil.
    Put in stewed tomatoes.
    Slightly boil okra, about 5 minutes; drain.
    Then put okra in tomatoes and let cook for awhile, about 20 minutes.
    Good.
