Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/3 c. water
Preparation

Blend cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl at
medium
speed for 4 minutes.
Stir
in
coconut
and pecans. Pour into three greased
and
floured
9-inch
pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool
in
pans
for
15 minutes. Remove cake from pans and cool on
racks.
Ice
between layers and top with frosting (recipe follows)
