Lamb Shanks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb shanks
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2/3 c. beef consomme or 1 beef bouillon cube in 2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve with Major Grey chutney and rice.
