Danish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. finely ground cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except butter.
Blend well.
Bake 24 small balls.
Chill 4 hours and then fry in butter.
Serve hot.
