Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add the persimmon pulp and egg.
    Then add the dry ingredients, flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add raisins, nuts and vanilla and cook 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
