Ingredients

4 leg quarters chicken
10 c. water
3 Tbsp. seasoning salt
6 c. instant rice
Preparation

Boil chicken with water and seasoning salt.
When the meat falls off the bone, it's done.
Remove from broth to cool.
Add rice to broth and let boil for 10 minutes.
Separate meat into small pieces and return it to the pot.
Cook on low for 10 minutes longer.
Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
