Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 peeled potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    12 oz. bacon
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans milk
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown bacon and onion; drain.
    Crumble bacon.
    Cook potatoes in small amount of water until tender.
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Cook until heated thoroughly.
    Do not boil.
    Add cheese and cook until melted.
    Season to taste.
    You can add more milk if needed.
