Mom'S Fish Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery with leaves, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 large cans cut up tomatoes with juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook to a boil.
    Lower flame; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add fish fillets, cut into chunks.
    Cook until fish is white and flaky.
