Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. rice (raw)
    1 egg
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except tomatoes) together.
    Shape into balls.
    Place in baking dish previously sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Cover with tomatoes and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 hour.
