Low Fat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained)
    1 can tomato soup mixed with 1 can of water
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 sm. cabbage head (chopped)
    1 sm. onion
Preparation
    Chop onion and cook with ground beef.
    Put chopped cabbage into casserole bowl.
    Spoon beef mixture on top then pour soup and water mixture and rice over this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered.
