Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    4 eggs
    flour
Preparation
    Work
    butter and part of sugar together, then remainder of sugar
    and\tthe
    eggs should be added.
    Use enough flour to make stiff
    (very
    stiff).
    Roll
    and cut with cookie cutter. Wet the top with beaten egg, sprinkle nutmeg and sugar on top. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 10 minutes.
    Will stay for months in cookie tin.
