Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Spray baking pan.
    Put potatoes in first.
    Slice butter into pats on top.
    Add milk.
    Sprinkle flour, salt, pepper and parsley evenly over potatoes and milk.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 about 1 hour or until creamy.
