Gramma'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. hot baked sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (or to taste)
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix brown sugar with flour, then mix all ingredients together well and pour into unbaked crust.
Dot butter on top before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
