Chili Relleno Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 (4 oz.) can black olives, chopped
    4 shallots with tops, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate a few hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
