Aunt Belle'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 large can Milnot milk (do not substitute)
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and boiling water, slightly thicken.
Melt oleo and mix with cracker crumbs.
Press into 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Whip chilled milk; set aside.
Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Beat slightly thickened Jell-O into cream cheese mixture, then fold into whipped cream.
Refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 3 hours.
