Peppered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 c. water
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
flour
Preparation

Cut steak in bite size pieces.
Flour pieces; put in pan and let brown.
Add water, then add bell pepper and onion, then add mushrooms.
Cook about 5 to 10 minutes after steak browns.
