Oatmeal Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. 3 minute oatmeal
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Cream oleo, sugar and brown sugar.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla and beat.
    Add oatmeal and mix.
    Add pecans and chips and mix.
    Make into long rolls.
    Wrap rolls in waxed paper.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
    Cut and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 100 cookies.
