Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. apples, chopped fine
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour, then measure.
Add soda and salt.
Sift 3 more times.
In another bowl, mix corn oil and sugar well.
Add beaten eggs to corn oil and sugar.
Sift flour in slowly.
Add nuts, apples and vanilla.
Pour into 9-inch pans.
Put in cold oven. Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0, no longer.
