Twice Baked Potatoes(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk or half and half (hot)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of paprika
    4 slices bacon or 4 Tbsp. bacon bits
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash potatoes, pat dry and prick potatoes with fork in a few areas.
    Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done. (Microwave, uncovered, for 10 minutes on High power, rearrange after 5 minutes and turn over; adjust for your microwave).
    Cool slightly.
