Praline Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar, 2 teaspoons at a time, beating until stiff peaks form and sugar dissolves.
    Fold in vanilla and pecans.
    Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn oven off; cool cookies in oven at least 1 hour.
    Do not open oven door!
    Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
