Hawaiian Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice (no margarine)
    2 c. cooked tuna steak, chunked
    1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
    1 c. strawberry halves
    1 c. celery slices
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. almond slices
Preparation
    Cool rice.
    Combine rice, tuna, pineapple, strawberries, celery, seasonings and lemon juice; mix lightly.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Add yogurt and almonds just before serving.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
