Bourbon Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. candied mixed fruit
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. bourbon
1/2 c. bourbon
Preparation

Combine candied fruit, raisins and pecans.
Dredge in 1/2 cup flour, stirring to coat evenly.
Set aside.
