Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced zucchini squash
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 scant c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil vegetables in water 5 minutes.
    Add oleo.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in buttered casserole dish 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
