South Of The Border Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut into large pieces
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    1 c. coarsely crushed corn chips
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients, except corn chips and Cheddar cheese. Pour into a shallow 3-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with corn chips and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
