Spaghetti Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. basil leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft.
In large pot, brown beef.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat.
Stir in tomatoes, paste, water, sugar, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently for 45 minutes or until sauce thickens.
