Mixed Fruit Frosty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
1 c. ice cubes
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail in juice, chilled and undrained
Preparation

Thaw banana slightly to room temperature; slice into pieces. Crush ice in towel with rolling pin or hammer.
Place fruit cocktail, along with juice and crushed ice in blender.
With blender on low speed, add banana, processing until well blended and smooth.
Makes 3 cups.
One cup equals 1 1/2 servings of fruit; 105 calories per 1 cup serving, 0 grams fat and 0 mg. cholesterol.
