Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, quartered and sliced
    2 (15 oz.) cans chicken broth
    bunch of green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    dill weed to taste
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream with chives
    chives, chopped or paprika
Preparation
    In
    a
    saucepan,
    add
    zucchini,
    chicken
    broth, green onions,
    salt, pepper and dill weed.
    Cook mixture until soft, approximately
    20
    to
    30 minutes.
    Blend the cream cheese and sour
    cream in a blender until smooth.
    Then blend in zucchini mixture,
    a
    portion at a time, until smooth.
    Chill overnight or until very cold.
    Garnish with chopped chives or paprika.
