Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz (8 oz. jar)
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until soft; remove from heat and add rice, broccoli, soup and Cheez Whiz.
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish until thoroughly heated, about 30 minutes, covered, or 15 minutes uncovered.
    Excellent for freezing, just heat a little longer if frozen.
