Chopped Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar dried beef
1 tsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Chop dried beef in blender; reserve 1/2 to roll cheese ball in.
Combine other half with other ingredients to form cheese mixture.
Shape into a ball and roll in reserved dried beef.
