Oven Crisp Zucchini Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    1/3 c. corn meal
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
    Cut off and discard ends from zucchini.
    Slice each zucchini in half lengthwise, then in half again, forming 12 spears.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    In shallow bowl, combine egg and milk.
    Roll zucchini in corn meal mixture.
    Dip into egg mixture, then again in corn meal to coat thoroughly.
    Place in prepared dish.
    Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake 15 minutes.
