Lo-Cal Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. dried Knorr vegetable soup mix
    2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
